THE BLESSING OF GIVING

Hamilton,

A short time back you came to a little town in northern California called Willits. You were there from Sunday to Wednesday night. Pastor Kieth Ferrante had invited us down to his church for these services. my wife and I are the pastors of an AOG church in nearby Laytonville. We came for 2 services.

On the second night (Tuesday), you had called us up to pray for us and had said the Lord had something special for us. When you enquired as to what we were seeking from Him, my wife said we wanted another child and that it had been about five years that we had been hoping for one. You prayed over us both. And said the Lord will reward our faithfulness. The services were awesome and I really enjoyed them. I took away a lot of joy in a time when I desperately needed it.

I just wanted to tell you how much your ministry blessed us. We hope you're in the area again and we can see you and maybe your wife could come and we could meet her as well.

While laying on the floor that first night you spoke about giving and why, just before the offering. Not knowing what was in my wallet, I emptied it into the bucket. He blessed us for that.

Those services have also led the Willits church and our church to a stronger relationship.
