TESTIMONIES FROM BENICIA,
CA. Sept. 30 - Oct. 3, 2001 Marcy - God restored my joy so I can walk in His strength
again. The last five years have been very difficult. My husband and I stood
united, yet we were in deep battle in every area of our life. Our home,
finances, children, fear, doubt, worry, and anxiety started to chip away at my
joy. I became sick, was in much pain, and was hospitalized five times a year
with various illnesses. My husband and I became weak and battle weary; but,
praise God, I am restored!The Lord gave me rivers overflowing of joy. The joy of
the Lord is my strength! My hands
were numb and scarred from knocking them here and there because I couldn't feel
them. But now, my carpal tunnel is healed:
I can feel my hands and use them! Also, I have been going to physical
therapy twice a week and possibly facing surgery because my knee was in bad
shape. Now, my knee has no more pain, and I can kneel and pray without pain.
Praise be to God our Healer! I
always had a fear of speaking in tongues, that maybe I would be out of control
or out of order in the middle of a meeting. Well, I asked for this gift and was
blessed. No more fear! Margie - My diabetes is improving! I have cut back on my
insulin twice, and the readings I get on my blood sugar are still good. Carolyn - The deafness in my right ear is almost completely
gone. The reason I say almost is that I can still hear a little better with my
left ear. However, since Monday, I have not had to wear a hearing aid. I also do
not have pain in my hips any longer and can walk and get up with no pain. I am
much stronger. Praise God! Rita - On the last night of the meetings, I
received prayer for the healing of asthma. I went home, got ready for bed, and
went to sleep without using my inhaler. The next morning, my lungs were opened
up. I haven't had to use my inhaler since! Mike - I have had arthritis for several years. The last four
or five months, I have had constant pain in my left shoulder. It was prayed for
and hasn't hurt since! Twenty years ago, I fell down a flight of stairs. In the
fall, I blew two disks and fused two of my vertebrae together. This caused
constant pain, and I got to the point where I just lived with it. I didn't even
pray about it, but God knew my pain and loves me so much that He took the pain
away, anyway! Also, for about a year the devil has been ravishing my marriage to
the point where we were going to divorce. But God has been putting us back
together. We were sitting in the Sunday meeting and God gave us our medicine: His joy! We went home that night, and we
have never been so close, not even when we were first married. God is GREAT! Ha
ha, ho ho, hee hee! Lily - It took three trips, but God touched my knees - no
more pain! I am expecting a total healing of the effects of polio on my left
side. The Lord God gave my spirit wings. I will never be the same...and George
[Lily's husband] now speaks in tongues! Praise God! It has been a joy and
blessing having Hamilton and his family stay with us in our home. May God richly
bless them. Amy - I had a pain in my left hip. It was a sharp pain when
I walked. Hamilton prayed over me, and it was instantly healed. Thank you,
Jesus! Hamilton, I also received a phone call this afternoon from Ramona, the
mother of Stephen, the young man you prayed for in the wheelchair. She was
overwhelmed as she relayed to me that, for the first time in months, he has had
a return of sensation, was able to feel the urge to urinate, and had a movement
on his own. This is a HUGE improvement, and she is believing for Rita - On the last night of the meetings, I received prayer
for the healing of asthma. I went home, got ready for bed, and went to sleep
